Return conditions
- Period: you have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.
- Product condition: products must be unopened, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Opened or partially consumed products are not accepted unless defective.
- Defective products: if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Refund type
You choose how you want to receive your refund:
- Full refund: return of the full product amount to the same payment method used in the purchase. It is processed within 5-10 business days.
- Store credit: voucher for the product amount to use on your next purchase at molinoycata.com.
Return shipping costs
- Withdrawal: return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Defective product or our error: Molino & Cata pays the return shipping costs.
How to request a return
- Email hello@molinoycata.com with your order number and reason.
- You will receive confirmation and shipping instructions within a maximum of 24 business hours.
- Send the parcel to the address provided. We recommend using tracked shipping.
- Once received and checked, we process your refund or credit within 5-10 business days.
