How we work
Molino & Cata is an oleoteca in the historic centre of Granada founded by Mercedes Uceda, professional taster, and Jerónimo Palacios. We combine a physical shop, international e-commerce, tasting experiences and professional services for the olive oil sector.
We value autonomy, curiosity, attention to detail and eagerness to learn. We like working with people who feel the product, not just sell it.
